As his relationship with local chefs grew, Marty began sourcing a wider variety of fresh produce to meet their needs.
Debbie soon took over microgreen production, ensuring consistent quality and supply.
Over time, demand expanded beyond restaurants and cafés. More local customers began asking if we could deliver directly to their homes — and we were happy to say yes.
Today, our product range includes a full selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, salads, microgreens, garnishes, and eggs, all carefully selected and locally sourced where possible.
